Important Announcement regarding Work and Income

We have been informed by Work and Income that from Monday 12th December 2016 you will now be required to present ID before being able to enter the building. If you do not have ID, you will be asked to give your full name and when your appointment is. The security guard will have a list of all appointments for the day and will be able to check you off the list. If you don't have an appointment you will still be able to go in for an emergency appointment, you will need to explain this to the security staff first.

It is our understanding that this will be the procedure for all Work and Income offices in New Zealand (some already have this in place).
